  4. Place defrosted and seasoned beef cutlets into skillet making sure that they are all covered with sauce.
  5. Cover and let simmer for about 5 minutes then flip cutlets and let simmer covered for another 5 minutes
  6. Add cheese and stir occassionally for about 8-10 minutes
