  1. Preheat oven to 370 f.
  2. Brown beef in skillet medium high heat
  3. Add onion and celery finish cooking beef through
  4. Add powders and worcestershire and better than bouillon
  5. Add garlic
  6. Remove from heat
  7. Melt butter in microwave with garlic onion and lawrys mediterranean herb powder.
  8. Layer potatoes, meat, broccoli, melted butter, cheese- last layer being chives, cheese and green onion
  9. Bake uncovered for 40 mins.
