- Get 1/2 cup Cooking oil
- Take 1/2 kg Beef qeema(mince) with 25% fat
- Make ready 2 medium size potatoes cut in pieces
- Take 1 green Cardamom

- Make ready 1 large onion finely sliced
- Make ready 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Prepare 3 medium size tomatoes chopped
- Make ready 1 & 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- Get 1 tsp garam masala powder
- Prepare 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Make ready Salt to taste
- Prepare 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Take 1/2 tsp Kashmir red chilli powder
- Take 1/4 cup yogurt (whisked)
- Get 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
- Take Water as required
- Get 4 green chillies
- Prepare 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
Steps to make Qeema aalo:
- In a pan add cooking oil green Cardamom, Black peppercorns and mix it.add onion and fry until golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and mix well after that add Tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, Turmeric powder,salt, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well for 2 minutes
- Now add yogurt and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.then add beef mince and mix well until changes colour.
- Then add fenugreek dried leaves,potatoes and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add water and bring it to boil,cover it and cook on low flame for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Add Green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and cook for 8 minutes
- Now it's ready serve it
