- Heat the pan add oil and saute garlic and shallot until fragrant add corned beef mix. Then addnpotato and carrot stir it and cover until potato are tender. No need to season because corned beef is already a bit salty
Form the mixture into golf ball sized balls. Now lets get the the corned beef. Open the can using the little contraption. If you somehow can't open it up, use a can opener☺. Leftover potatoes don't last long round here.
