- Make ready chopped cilantro
- Take sriracha
- Take sour cream to garnish
Instructions to make Truly Dirty Rice:
- Wash and rinse rice in cold water until the black color just about stops showing in rinsing.
- Drain well. In a sauce pan bring broth to a boil. Add rice. Reduce heat to low, cover. Cook up to 60 minutes until rice is tender. In the meantime you can prepare sofrito and make annato seed oil.

- Stir in cooked rice, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes to let flavors blend.

- Note: the recipe for the beans and sofrito can easily be frozen with leftovers not used in this recipe. It's great to have them on hand. If you have a day to cook, prepare them and just defrost making this recipe easier to create:-)
