- Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Mix the ingredients for the beef fillings
- Form into small meatballs.
- Put into oven for 30-40 minutes.
- Let them cool
- After they have cooled take the rice and cover the meatballs.
- Coat with flour
- Then coat with eggs
- Coat with breadcrumbs.
