  1. Chop onions and bell pepper.
  2. Brown ground beef over medium high heat. (If beef has low fat like 95% then brown over low heat and you might need to add oil.) Drain most of the fat.
  3. Lower heat then add onion powder, chili powder, and cumin. Mix then raise heat to medium and add bell pepper and onions. Cook until vegetables are softened about 2 minutes.
  4. Drain corn and beans. Add diced tomatoes, corn and beans. Mix.
  5. Add rice. Mix well until smooth and warmed through. Squeeze lime over top. Mix and taste. Add salt and pepper as needed. Enjoy!
  6. If it starts to get dry or burn you can lower heat and add a little beef broth.
