- Beef liver,kidney ko achi tarha wash karlen ke usme zara b blood na rahe.
- Phir ik pot me oil garamkar sliced onion fry karen till it become translucent.
- Add lehsan adrak paste and bhunafy it.
- Add 1/2 cup water. then add chilli flakes.
- Then add washed liver,kidney pieces.
- Add Zeera powder and cover the pot by lid.
- Cook in high flame yahan tak ke kaleeji gurday se nikalne wala pani dry hone lage.
- Add vinegar, soy sauce & sliced tomato..
- Cook for few min.add kasoori methi and in last sprinkle garam masala
- Cook on low flame till oil appears on top surface..
