  1. In a pan brown the ground beef then remove the meat on to a paper towel
  2. In the same pan warm the precooked beans in the pan once warm mash the bean reducing some of the liquid
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and add the meat , salt, and pepper
  4. Boil water then add rice once cooked add to the bean meat mixture and enjoy

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven with a tight-fitting lid, warm the olive oil over medium heat. Add the stock, cover and bring to a boil. When water starts to gently boil, cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Uncover rice and fluff thoroughly with a fork.
